In Isaiah 31, the people of Judah are warned against looking towards Egypt for help against Assyria. God calls them to trust in Him. The strength of Egypt is nothing compared to the power of God.
In Isaiah 32, a foretelling of hope surfaces. A king will govern in virtue, bringing peace and justice. Those who have been oppressed will be free.
In Isaiah 33, God promises to protect and deliver Jerusalem, teaching us to Trust in the Lord, and He will be our sanctuary.
Isaiah 34 focuses on Edom. Edom is known for its violence and pride. Their example serves as an example of the consequences of rebellion against God.
Isaiah 35 illustrates the beauty of God's restoration. Those who trust in Him will experience peace.
Proverbs 9 continues with the vibe from Proverbs 8. Wisdom invites everyone to a feast where she teaches understanding. Choose Wisdom. She brings blessings that last forever.
