In Isaiah 65, God promises something better. God is preparing something beautiful for each one of us, but we must choose to be part of it.

God says He is both powerful like fire and gentle like a loving mother. Jerusalem will be blessed quickly, like a surprise birth of a whole new nation

Proverbs 13 contrasts wisdom and foolishness, diligence and laziness, discipline and indulgence.
