In Daniel 10, Daniel has been praying and fasting for 3 weeks. Suddenly, he sees a powerful heavenly being, so bright and strong, it scares him! The messenger tells Daniel that his prayer was heard on the first day, but a spiritual battle delayed the answer. Other people’s rebellion or spiritual battle can affect you, especially if you’re closely connected. But here is an important truth to remember: God is not weak. He is never late.
Daniel 11, this chapter talks about many kings and wars. Don’t let political struggle get you down. History is full of conflict. People fight for power, but they don’t last forever. God is still in control, even when bad leaders rise up. We don’t have to be afraid, God knows the whole story before it even begins.
In Daniel 12, Daniel hears that a hard time is coming, but that those who love God will be saved. Daniel is told to rest and not worry. We don’t have to understand everything. We just need to trust Him.
In Psalm 19, the first part says the skies, stars, and sun all show God’s glory without any words! The second part says that God’s Word is perfect. God speaks to us through creation and through the Bible.
