Yesterday was such a fulfilling day! We spent the morning at Luis Bogran, reviewing with our 1st through 6th graders as they prepare for their upcoming exams. These kids are giving it their all, and we’re proud to walk alongside them. We’ll be heading back on Monday with printed exams in hand for one last review before Exam Week officially begins. Let’s finish strong!
Later in the day, we gathered for our weekly Bible class. We started by tracing our way back through the big story—Genesis through Kings—to remind ourselves of the journey so far. Then we moved forward into Ezra, Esther, and Nehemiah, officially wrapping up the historical books. It felt like closing a chapter—literally and spiritually—as we now turn our attention to the prophets. There’s something beautiful about moving forward with both knowledge and faith in hand.
Wednesdays are intentionally quiet in terms of English classes. We make space for Scripture. We breathe. We rest. And we come back recharged.
Today, Thursday, things shift into high gear. This afternoon we return to Castillo del Rey for our teen Speaking class. These young people are facing real struggles—emotionally, socially, even spiritually. But they keep showing up, breaking through barriers, and leaning into growth. Please keep them in your prayers.
Right after that, our 4th through 6th graders take the stage in our Kids Speaking class. These little ones don’t hesitate to speak up—they jump at the chance to participate! Their enthusiasm is contagious and reminds us why we started this program in the first place.
As the sun sets, our evening is just getting started. We’ve got a full lineup of English classes for children and adults alike. It’s a marathon, not a sprint—but each class is an opportunity to invest in someone’s future.
We also had another shift today: our delivery of chapel materials was moved again—to this afternoon. Another delay. Another adjustment. I’m choosing to stay patient and kind, even when it feels like everything is constantly shifting. Your prayers for peace and resolution in this situation mean so much.
Tomorrow, Friday, will bring a bit of breathing room. Our class schedule is lighter, and our biweekly kindergarten session was rescheduled to Monday—which, truthfully, works out better for everyone.
But Saturday is going to be a big one. From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., our team will be running six back-to-back grammar classes for kids. That’s dedication! And our teen and adult students will be joining us throughout the day too, both morning and evening. It’s a full day of planting seeds—language, confidence, hope.
We are energized. We are focused. And we are grateful to be part of what God is building—one student, one class, one act of faith at a time.
With love,Proyecto Propósito 💛
