Day 12 – Returning to You – Jan 12, 2026

Some days I don’t walk away from You,

I just get pulled off the path.

Not by rebellion,

but by noise.

By dynamics that destabilize me.

By emotional loops that steal clarity and time.

Today I return to You.

Not ashamed.

Not frantic.

Just aware.

You do not punish absence with distance.

You meet my return with steadiness.

The path is still here.

The work continues.

I am not behind.

You are teaching me that consistency is not about pushing harder,

but about protecting peace.

About choosing environments where fruit can grow.

About saying no to what unravels me,

so I can say yes to what restores me.

Today I return to study,

to reflection,

to the slow unfolding of Your Word.

I don’t need to rush.

I only need to remain with You.

After a few days distracted by the world, I returned to what mattered most. I share this devotional I wrote to Him. It is personal, and it may not reflect your current situation, but it carries a truth I keep relearning. No matter where you are, or how deeply buried in the noise you feel, you are only one decision away from freedom. Choosing Him does not erase the chaos instantly, but it reorients the heart.

Choose Him above all else.

He will take you where you need to be.
