I’m always looking for ways to grow—and today was a big win!
With the help of some amazing tools (hello Zoom AI and ChatGPT Pro!), I figured out how to measure exactly how long each class lasted, how long each student stayed, and even how long they spoke. Yep. We’re leveling up!
This is more than just numbers—it’s about shared accountability. When I can see what’s really happening in each class, I can encourage everyone to give their best. Not in a harsh way, but in a way that reminds us we’re all in this together.
When each person does their part, no one has to carry the burden alone. That’s what community looks like. That’s what growth looks like.
